Once upon a time, there were three little ride managers, Merrickville, Tay Valley and Lopin Larose. They wanted to remind riders how fun Competitive Trail Riding is! 

So they came together to offer the Ontario CTR Challenge!

• You and your horse against the trail. 
• Strategize how to ride to the optimum time. 
• Finish with your horse looking just as good as when she started! 
• Wear a fashionable pinney 😆

Never ridden CTR before? Upon completing your first CTR, you will be awarded a free digital ride photo from the official ride photographer and your achievement will be acknowledged at the ride awards supper.

Ready to ride far? Complete the CTR at all three rides and you will be honoured as an Ontario CTR Challenge Champion and awarded an embroidered polar fleece cooler at the Lopin Larose Ride. 
You can ride the same horse or different horses at each ride as long as you complete the CTR at Merrickville (May 30), Tay Valley (August 15) and Lopin Larose (September 19)!

Special award for riders who achieve a perfect score of zero at any of the rides!
